Shipping
We offer shipping worldwide through various carriers. We aggregate these into "standard" and "expedited" classes which are shown as options. Ship dates shown during checkout are an estimate and are we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within that time frame.
At-Con Pickup
We attend multiple conventions each year and offer the option to pick up your order from us at the next con we are attending. This convention will be specified when selecting shipping options. TO USE THIS OPTION YOU MUST CONTACT US TO ARRANGE PICKUP DETAILS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Failure to arrange pickup details before placing your order and selecting this shipping option will result in your order being cancelled. Please note the following policies for pickup:
- At pickup, you must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the shipping address.
- Should you miss the arranged pickup window, the arrangement of an alternative pickup time will be at our discretion. If the item is not picked up during the arranged window (or a subsequent time) for any reason, then the customer will be given the option to ship their order after the con for an additional charge.
- In the event that we are unable to meet our obligations for at-con pickup, we will ship out all orders to the shipping address on file at no additional cost to the customer, if the address is within the US. International customers will be given the option to ship their order (which may include a shipping charge) or to cancel for a full refund.
- In the event we need to contact you to arrange shipping after the con, we will reach out within one week of the convention end-date. If no response is received within one week we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
